To Buy or Not To Buy… Refrigerator!
The fridge in our apartment is half working. When I say half, the freezer is working fine but the fridge part is not. Luckily, it’s still winter time and we converted the laundry area as our makeshift fridge by opening the window. Hahaha!
Anyway, as it’s almost spring, I need to make a decision to either fix the current fridge, move to a different apartment or buy a small one enough for a person to use. So, I was contemplating to either buy a mini, compact or a big two-door refrigerator.
Mini-Refrigerator
These refrigerators are small and can fit inside a car. It could be a fashion statement or something you can bring on a camping trip.
The cost is just right around my budget at roughly RMB 250 and can be plug either to a car adaptor or a wall outlet. The downside is it can only fit 6 cans of coke and does not make ice. I don’t think that’s big enough to put a liter of coke. I heard from my friend that makeup artist used it as cooler for their cosmetics.

After deliberating and agonizing for more than a month, I pressed the purchase button on Amazon.com a few minutes ago to purchase my new laptop. The reason? I need to replace my old Dell laptop which has been my best buddy for more than 5 years.
So.. I’ve asked my brother and scout the net for a good replacement. Initially, I was thinking a netbook but then it’s not a good replacement even though the price is cheap. Next, I wanted a light and portable laptop with a screen size of 13 inch. My cousin suggested a Macbook. I was actually leaning towards the Macbook Pro already and even asked my friend to buy it in Hong Kong using a student discount when he goes back but the Great Firewall of China is not good for Mac OS as I don’t know any software to bypass it and let me use Facebook. (hihihi!)
